Rules on all this have changed in the last couple of years. And for the better as far as I can see.
Basically it’s not about size, it’s about how close to boundary walls and how high/tall the construction is going to be.

“We agreed to a date of July 2nd at a venue in Germany with both Sky Sports and RTL and everybody appeared happy with the deal, We made a few concessions to remove past stumbling blocks and were happy to do so, as it finally looked like the fight would get made.
Even through negotiations, though, it was clear Wladimir was looking for the coward’s way out. He would often come up with new obstacles and problems to overcome, and I never once sensed he fancied it.
He refused to come to England, wanted to pick his own gloves, enter the ring second, box out of the red corner and demanded a German doctor. He also wanted his name to feature first on any promotional material ahead of the event. We bowed to each and every one of his demands. I didn’t want to potentially jeopardise anything this time around.
It should never have come to this, I was available to fight in May and June, yet Klitschko only gave me dates of April 30 and July 2. The April date would be too close to Amir Khan’s next fight, and prove problematic with Sky Box Office, so we settled for July.
Klitschko claims he’ll fight both me and Chisora, but it’s nonsense. Are we expected to believe that a fighter who competed only once in the whole of 2009 and twice in 2010 is now going to box twice in a matter of nine weeks? A bout with me is the most lucrative, meaningful and dangerous fight Wladimir’s ever had, not some throwaway tune-up. Wladimir won’t fight anybody nine weeks after Chisora, let alone me.
I now need to look for a fight of my own beyond April, as Amir Khan has that month tied up with his bout. Presumably Wladimir is expecting me to fight in either May or June and then face him in early July. It’s ridiculous.
They demanded 50:50 right from the start and we eventually agreed and gave them all they wanted, despite the fact that our side brought three times as much money to the overall pot.
We had venues available for May and June, but Wladimir had no intention of ever coming to England. Unfortunately, he claimed he had no venues available in Germany for May and June and that’s why we find ourselves in the situation we’re in right now.
If the fight doesn’t happen now, it never will. I’m done with the Klitschkos. I know I can retire later this year with my head held high, knowing I did everything in my power to make these fights happen. I’ve had defining fights and beaten the best in the world as a cruiserweight, but, without me, Wladimir can never say he’s done the same as a heavyweight.”

Now this is kind of interesting to me. Haye’s camp aren’t always the most honest of people, but it does look like he’s bowed to all demands. Wlad, Haye having met his demands, says he can’t because he’s fighting a novice in his international debut. Which is far more important than a heavyweight unification bout that’s been two years in the making???? Wlad is also supposedly trying to get Adamek signed for later this year. Thus, by his standards of activity, tying himself up for the year.
Two things:
1. I like Haye but this set retirement date thing is bull. He doesn’t HAVE to retire on oct 31. He wants to. DAVID, LIFE IS TOUGH, BUT WHY SHOULD OTHER PEOPLE PLAN THEIR CAREERS AROUND YOUR RETIREMENT!?
2. Assuming there is 1% of truth in Haye’s statement I think Wlad is ducking. Previously I’ve always said it’s both of them negotiating their way out of it, but Wlad set lots of obstacles and demands. Haye meets them, so Wlad then brings up new obstacles and is busy signing fights with other people? If anyone can shed light of another perspective then go ahead because Wlad ain’t looking too great to me.

This building can be considered to be a timber-frame house. This involves joining large pieces of wood with woodworking joints, and is also called a post and beam construction. Due to the higher costs involved, metal nails were sparingly used. In 17th and 18th century America, timber frame construction was the method of construction for all frame houses. The plentiful availability of wood also made timber frame houses popular. Clapboard or other wooden siding was used to finish the exterior of the construction. You can now recreate this traditional piece of architecture by getting good plans.
Compared to other sheds, a saltbox storage shed requires more care in its construction. This is especially so when you are constructing the roof. Storage building plans can be your very best friend if your looking for super fast results. Especially if you are wanting to get it done and finished in a record time. In other words you need storage and you need it fast. Most all of us need extra storage. It just does not matter how much you start with , sooner or later you are going to run out of storage.That just seems to be a fact of life.
Here are some tips I found to help a lot, when me and my wife were planning and building our storage building. This can be a rewarding and enjoyable experience, if gone about it in the right steps. don’t worry, Some of these things you may think you need to stress about, and that probably isn’t the case. A lot of the details will take care of themselves by default, especially if you plan to use storage building plans and I will explain what I mean shortly.
STORAGE BUILDING PLANS-considerations
SIZE What size do you expect that you may need. I’m sure you have some Idea of the size you and your family may require. It’s always better to over build because there is never enough storage space. Sooner or later you will use the space It’s a fact of life.
DOORS How many and what size. The size of the door or doors is an important aspect of the building process, and your needs. You need to know the door size before hand so as to build the opening to the required size.
WINDOWS Also how many and what size. The same is true for windows as for doors. You will want to know the size you require before hand so as to build the window openings or framing to accommodate the chosen windows.
SIDING What type of siding or covering do you have in mind. There are many types and many grades of materials available to cover the frame of the storage building. FOUNDATION What type of foundation do you have in mind? There are several options here. The usual way with concrete is to pour slab then build on top of the shed with all construction of the structure securely attatched to the concrete. The other way is a wooden foundation kind of like what you would imagine a portable building to have. This is actually the cheapest route for a small to medium structure like a storage shed built from storage building plans
Building a storage shed or storage building is’nt complicated this is something most anyone can start and finish. The pride and sense of your accomplishment is very rewarding. These are rewards money cant buy. It’s easy to build with storage building plans.
